This is not a service business.
These people are almost impossible to contact. They miss delivery dates by days, while people wait for their portable tanks. Most of their calls are not answered locally, but rather by some call center in another state, and they are of no help. If you need prompt, professional service, keep looking.

Excellent service for the past 4 years. When we travel out of the area their other branches have provided my mother's oxygen concentrator and other needs to the hotel or relative's home.
