Terrible Service

At first the customer service was good. I places my order through the drive-thru and had to drive up and wait on my order. Under normal circumstances, that isn't a big deal.. but when you wait twenty minutes for them to being your food out to you and the order isn't correct, that's when it gets irritating. I then went inside with an itemized reciept and showed them that I did not recieve everything I ordered. A girl behind the counter stared at me blankly and then told another coworker that there was no more rice.. when in reality there was rice and she just didn't want to take three minutes (actual just warming time not cooking) to heat up rice. I then had to sit and wait another twenty minutes to get the rest of my order. I watched the entire time and they had the bowel out..but kept avoiding finishing the order. I thought this to be absolutely poor service. I will not be going back to.this location ever again.
