We love Posados in Longview. I am able to stay on my diet easily and especially with the lunch menu. I would specifically like to commend our waitress Tessa. She was so good, courteous, and efficient at her work. She checked on us every 15 minutes or so. She is a great asset to your restaurant. Love our experience eating at Posados.

That's correct. There food is wonderful, the service is nice. But if you are looking for a job in their restuarant, you might want to look elsewhere. When I checked how their interviews felt, I can compare it to a cat scan in the airport; sadly, it doesn't matter what experience you have or how long you've been doing it. If the hiring manager doesn't like you, then you won't be hired. Exactly what happen to equal op. in the united states? Well it's not welcomed here.
