Our 2010 built house required a master shower rebuild due to cost cutting construction practices utilized in the initial build. Mr. James Grant with Premier Construction quickly responded to my request for a job bid. His actual bid came back to us in less than 24 hours. During our conversation about the project, it was evident that Mr. Grant only believed in doing the job the right way. It was refreshing having a contractor be upfront about the cost to do the job the correct way using the most up to date methods. The demolition process was done with minimal air-borne debris and throughout the project care was taken to leave the house clean on a daily basis. Every single individual involved with the project was courteous and attentive to detail. Mr. Grant stayed in contact with me daily to keep me aware of the progress. My experience with Premiere Construction was truly amazing. My money was well spent to get a beautiful master bathroom done correctly.

We have used Premier Construction several times over the last four years, on projects ranging from a couple of thousand dollars to well into the six figures. The owner James Grant always follows up with a final walk through no matter the size of the project to insure the quality is up to Premier’s standards and we as a customer are happy with the end result.

We have used various contractors in the past that have required constant contact and supervision to insure they show up as scheduled and do the work as promised. A remodel or repair you are having done at your home should not become your new job once you hire a contractor. Premier’s people show up when they are supposed to and complete the work as promised down to the smallest detail.

Extremely disappointed in this company! We were looking to remodel our home and when the estimator arrived, it was apparent that he was not at all interested in the job. He was rather unprofessional. Asked if we had a price in mind and once we told him we did not, he rudely stated that he was not interested in working with us. Obviously if you are not someone who is knowledgeable of construction and it's costs, this company will not even give you the time of day. I wonder, being that my husband and myself are business professionals that make easily into a 6 figure income, and are quite knowledgeable of our professions but lack the knowledge of construction costs, why we would even need an estimator to price our remodel? Sure, he seemed shocked that we did not have a price in mind but correct me if I am wrong, don't most people get pricing before beginning a project or do most of this companies customers walk through the door and say, "I want my home remodeled and money is no object, just give me a price and lets get started"??? Thinking Premier Construction has more business than they need and assume someone's financial status as soon as they pull into the drive!

Premier Construction was highly recommended to me by a friend. We had plans to remodel our home in phases. Today Premier has done 3 out of my 5 phases. We started with remodeling my living and dining room. We did a complete renovation of my kitchen. We remodeled two bedrooms. Next is a bedroom remodel and a bath addition. We are more than pleased with the work done by Premier Construction. We love working with James. He listens and makes your dreams come true.

We hired James to do a massive kitchen remodel. He and his crew were always on time, professional and left the jobsite spick and span every afternoon when they shut down for the day. We have loved our kitchen for many years, and will miss it when we eventually sell our home. I have 100% confidence we will hire him again.

I hired Premier Construction to help with a remodel and James was very professional and showed me what all he was going to do and he hit everything spot on. Best work I have ever seen. You can tell he has many, many years of Experience and his work shows. He was always on time and very professional.

From our first exposure to Premier Construction in 2013, Premier has performed numerous remodeling task from a complete bathroom remodel to the instillation of various built-ins, a full home prep & paint, the addition of wood flooring and adding new banks of windows & outdoor porches to our most recent 2017 addition of a completely functional hot house Premier has never failed us. Premier has exceeded our expectations consistently for more than five years. Anna and I would recommend your company as the general contractor with an owner that treats every job as though his strongest critic will be himself, because as we have learned James will be.

I first used James Grant and the staff of Premier Construction 18 years ago at my home to convert a carport into a garage. I was so impressed with the quality of the work and the fair price, that I have used him several times since - both at my home and at my office.
We use James for everything from small repairs to major projects. He is also excellent at painting.
One thing that is very impressive is how respectful he is of our contents when doing repairs and painting. Everything is covered completely or moved during his work.
James is very courteous and well respected both by my wife and me; and the staff at work - and we will definitely use him as the needs arise in the future.

I've never met a man with more integrity and professionalism in this business!

James and his crew were prompt, and totally remodeled my kitchen from the ground up. James drew up the plans and double checked everything with me before beginning. He stayed on top of the job personally from beginning to end, and finished ahead of schedule and on budget! Any little items that needed to be addressed were done as soon as I brought it to his attention. It was a joy to work with James Grant and Premier Construction! I highly recommend!!

Dealing with James during an office remodel was one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. He had a terrible attitude. He was constantly mad and throwing temper tantrums. He made executive decisions without input. He was disrespectful and hostile. Numerous professionals who worked with him on this project, from office managers to IT people, have gone out of their way to express how unpleasant their interactions with him were. James also handled all of he office belongs very roughly. Chairs, tables, and artwork came back from storage scratched up, falling apart, and covered in dust. He didn't follow the plans and completely botched the layout of one of the bathrooms, added a door in a room where there wasn't one, and argued about the size and placement of appliances that have been in the same location for thirty years. Working with James was a total nightmare.

My wife and I hired Premier Construction to do a complete master bath remodel. I can sum up the entire experience in one word.



Professionalism.



Now let me add a few more words. Attention to detail (they never left a mess when the day was over, and always walked on drop cloths in and out of the house), courteous staff. The job was on-budget and on-time. James Grant and his staff were wonderful to work with, and he will be the first one we call if/when we decide to remodel our kitchen.



The end result is a master bathroom that is brand-new and functional in a way it never was even though we bought a newly constructed home several years back.

I would like to thank james and his crew for a job well done . I lost a mature pecan tree with all the winds and water we had with hurricane Ike. the tree fell across part of my back patio cover crushing it and punching through my roof in many places. I called James in no time he had the tree off of my house , roof patched and started figuring the cost of repairing the damage. After a short time I had all the information for my insurence company and my self.I called James and told him that my insurance company said the figures looked good and to start the repairs. the job was done in a professional manner with the only problem,trying to match the part of my patio cover that was not dammaged it was discontinued, but with some presistence James talked the factory into making a short run of the aluminum he needed. The job was completed neatly,professionally and with in the bid.
