If I could rate no stars I would. Worst apartments ever. Wouldn't live here again if my rent was free!

Worst apartments I ever lived in!! They lost my rent and sent me a notice saying I owed $129.00 more to my rent but when i called to settle the matter they found my rent. And maintenance is awful during the summer time my air conditioning unit was leaking water and when I called about it they didn't even come, and that night my air conditioning unit almost caught on fire. I suggest if you are looking for an apartment don't choose summer green

The Managment was nice and the model is nice but the apartment that live in and others around me are infested with roaches. Managment refused to offer any temporary sulutions when they flooded my apartment and if you happen to have a returned check they do not notify you until 15 day into the month and charge you late fees for every day that your late. I will be moving somewhere else at the end of my lease. Can't Wait!
