bought a tv stand in december - great customer svc, a little pricy. went back end of Feb for a 3pc coffee/end table set. their price was $549, rustic furniture depot (rusticfurnituredepot.com) just outside of has the same set for $279, and rustic furniture warehouse in canton is $385. while at the store and discussing prices, i was told that they did try price match to Blake and other stores - but couldn't go that low - didn't offer any kind of discount. i called back the following monday to see if there was any negotiating room and was told, "YOU SHOULD JUST GO BUY THOSE TABLES IN DALLAS". there was no explanation, no attempt of "price matching" or apology. since it is only 1hr further from tyler, I will be buying from dallas or canton and the other 2 stores carry the exact same merchandise - this purchase alone would save me $164-$250. the drive to Denton was easy and faster than expected.
