If you are a communist then this is the place for you. They dislike everyone that isn't like them... old, mean and rich. There is a fee every month to get my 12x6 foot yard mowed and ... nope that's all .... terrible place to live... unfriendly, nosey busy bodies that are miserable in their old age. Probably from the sever headaches they get from looking down their noses at everyone.
