You are the biggest liar I know. You tell me two lies why my overnight package is delayed, one due to weather in Pittsburgh PA.and one about a missing Apt. number and there are no apartments anywhere around me and both of those excuses were after the package was out for local delivery. There was nothing wrong with the address on the package. After I talked to two people I found out it was at the counter here in Longview, TX. This was 48 hours after it mailed. I went to get it and the driver wrote on the package that there were dogs at my house. He wrote this on the package. He never tried to deliver the package, we were home, he could have set down on his horn and we could have come out. Your driver and UPS are dishonest in your business. My refrigerated medication was up to room temperature. Yes, we have two dogs, they play with the UPS and FedEx drivers and there are other dogs in the area. I want my $45 for overnight shipping back and an apology for your dishonesty.

My package was scheduled for delivery today. The tracking system estimated delivery by noon. I followed the truck on their tracking system and watched it from 10 am on. It was within 2 miles of my house, then turned and went a different direction. Two hours later it was again within a few miles from my house. It turned and went a different direction. A few hours later, I checked again and it was coming down my road. Ok, late, but no problem. I watched the driver PASS my house... I checked their tracking system again. It was parked next door, which is my parents house. So I walked next door and asked if the driver left my package. No. The driver delivered their package, then took off. I called UPS and asked about it and was told that the drivers deliver priority shipping first and would then make the other deliveries. Ummm... ok? He was 50 feet from my house?!?! But whatever. She said my package would be delivered by 8 pm. I have been checking periodically on the tracker and the truck has been back at the UPS facility for a couple of hours now. Get. It. Together. UPS.

#above is no good! Call 800-742-5877. Driver came to farm abt 10 a.m. w/pckg I'd set my whole day aside to receive. None of the people on the farm heard a horn. Driver did not come to the door; thought the gate was locked. Dog was inside so he could bark & let me know when the driver came. Anyway, 10:30 a.m. I checked the TK# on the website. It said the pckg couldn't be delivered because I wasn't home! I found the# above for the Longview UPS center & called it over 200 Xs! No answer! So I called a small Kilgore store where UPS picks up & drops off. Owner said they would let me know if the driver that comes at 5 p.m. is the one w/my package & can leave it for me to pick up after hours. Then she gave me the 800# to call UPS. So I did. The lady I got was very nice. She took a msg., sent it on to the local ofc. & I got a call bk in 15 min. But the driver was already "out of my area" & couldn't come back. I can go there & get it at 7 p.m. If I'd had the correct# I'd of gotten my package!

Awful service Answers phone and puts you on hold and does not come back. Then you call and they do not answer and you hang up and they take the phone off hook, NEVER can deliver to me I have to go get it! I LOVE FED EX and if given the choice to have something mailed to me I choose FED Ex over UPS every day of the week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
