Gives unsafe rides to people who have children.A infant in arms of the mother two toddlers un car seated.All they think about is the money.Next time I call the laws.

Took them FOUR HOURS, until I finally canceled, because the dispatcher forgot to send out a driver after I called them 5 times asking where a driver was and they kept saying they were almost done with a dropoff and about to get me.

They're not bad, they just need more cars because it seems like there is a lot of demand and that increases wait time. I think if they had more cars, they would be a stronger service and therefore a better business.

The owner of this company dispatches and she is very unprofessional and hateful. Cab shows up 45 minutes after you call them, but yet they are sleeping behind the wheel. Be glad when I bet comes to Longview!!

They are always timely and let me know if there will be a waiting time. Very patient if they have to wait on me at a location.

Kept me waiting for 60 min during night time and they didn't even apologize. Drivers are good but dispenser needs to learn
