I have to agree with Richard W. I took my wife's Buick there and after 3 weeks in the shop on 2 separate trips and after paying $2900 in repair bills the transmission still is not right. My wife does not trust the car any longer for longer trips so she has to take my truck instead. Bad for both me and her. I do not trust or recommend Duane and American Transmission.

Duane Todd and American Transmission suck! Had my tranny and transfer case for 4 months and only took it apart, even after I paid them $2,200.00! Now, he's refusing to give back the money and I'm having to sue him in Small Claims Court. STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU DON"T WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!!
