A very nice place to live. The management works hard to keep this park upgraded and drug free. I have lived here for 20 years happily. If you want a place to do drugs please move on IT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED in DELRAYII. IF you want a nice place to live, stop by and check it out. We will be happy to show you what we have. There are several in the process of being renovated. The owner is very accommodating and willing to help you get into a nice home.

I have found everyone I have dealt with very nice. The owner has been very accommodating, and the lady who showed me the houses was extremely nice, also. Obviously the people complaining have issues or they wouldn't be attempting to evict them. You can't please everyone, but considering the size of the park and the very few number of complaints, I'd say it shows that it's a good place to live.
