Have friends at View Point mobile home park in The Dalles OR which is owned by this same company in Mill Creek WA. Owner fancies himself king and dictator, will send 72-hr eviction notice if you are $10 short on the rent and violates his own Park rules when it suits him, yet harasses tenants and threatens eviction for minor infractions. On-site managers are unprofessional and rude; tenants have been informed by letter to have no interaction with them. If this isn't a red flag I don't know what is. I wouldn't give this place even one star rating. Thank god I don't live here. Roads and landscaping looks like hell.

not recommended,these people lost all the papers of the lease which had social security numbers, number of driver's license, bank account numbers of the truck licenseI was asked to fill out another form,I answer what happened to my other form,they answered we lost your papers,I told them if my papers do not appear, I'll take you to court.Two days later I received a note saying,you have to move your mobile home outside of the trailer park,on may 31 at 5 pm,or you will be convicted to fines and many other things.thanks for taking the time to read this,review but if you want a happy place to live this is not the place.

if you have a family this is the worst place to live,no children allowed outside,you can not paint your house whatever color you want You have to show the color of paint you're using,If They like the color, you can use,you can only have 1 car per license no matter if you have parking for 3 if you love your family do not come to this hell. this lot is not recommended
