I have been in the store for repairs, I have talked to employees on the phone, I have purchased jewelry and I have sold some back as well. On every occasion; there has never been a lack of genuine customer service, which is very rare these days indeed. All we ever hear about from consumers are the bad experiences that they have had, it is nice to be able to notice the good ones that rarely, but do occur. The Diamond Showcase employees are always professional, courteous and discreet. I could name several local businesses who should pay atttention to how a customer should be treated. Thank you, I for one, will continue to bring all of my jewelry needs to your store.
