I am a disabled veteran who moved out of their property over six months ago. They kept my deposit after I cleaned, I did not argue. They moved new tenants in less than two weeks after we moved out. Six months later I get a letter in the mail for more supposed damages and cleaning, things that are simply untrue of could have been caused by the current tenants. There was black mold throughout the apartment, holes in the floor where rats could come in and a hole in the shower. I reported these things to the company several times and they did nothing. I have pictures, mold samples, and have had the mold tested. We all suffer from respiratory issues due to the black mold. We will be suing this company in small claims for 5000 dollars for each of us who suffered. The place should be condemned and I am calling the health department. With all of my Illnesses I did not want to make waves, I needed to take care of me. But I am a disabled veteran being swindled and I have to speak out, no matter what other stressors are happening in my life. I will not let this go. They have blocked me from posting on their Facebook page with the links to the many laws they have violated. They have disrespected the wrong veteran. They have their friends harrassing me on Facebook. This is not the end. We could have parted ways with just them stealing my deposit. Now I want justice. Now we are going to court. Now I want them shut down. It is disgusting how they conduct business.
