This so called park is nothing more than a toilet, and deteriorating by the day. Its owner , one Leonard Kelly, a known slumlord chooses to have this "gem" mis-managed by one Dixie Webster, a miserable puny little woman who couldn't manage her way out of a paper bag. She has time and time again screwed people out of money,as well as illegally entered people's trailers/ R.V. s and if they argue it, she calls C.P.S. or any agency she can intimidate people with., that is those who aren't intimidated by the gun she packs and is always touching or reaching for. Kelly owns several "abandoned" units that are barely inhabitable ( wiring hazards, bad plumbing, leaks that necessitate that they be fully covered in tarpaulin) he rents these for $ 700.00 montly. . It's simply a game of embezzlement, tax evasion, extortion, and a nasty , foul, mess.

This park is in a state of decay,new managers do not clean the park,or have tenant support.I have lived here three years,I'm leaving!

Our family stayed here and let me tell you, if you're not into drugs, this is NOT the place to stay. The bathroom facilities are filthy, people were up all night running around, gas got siphoned out of my vehicle and the son of the manager came over to borrow all sorts of things. Teenagers were running around with bottles of alcohol, smoking and shouting profanities. This place was ridiculous and I want to let everyone know how truly awful this experience was for my family! We'd have been better off camping in the Walmart parking lot.
