I have dealt with Gunnars for years. The service and knowledge is great. They have always answered my questions when ever needed. I don't buy parts anywhere else.They treat you with respect.They;re parts are always at a reason able cost.

In Castle Rock they think they have the market as the NAPA store has been slipping. All will change as new ownership of the NAPA store will bring excellent product, superb service and a national name that will offer support nationwide. Gunnars used to be a great store when the Guttormsen brothers owned and operated it. The ownership in the past 5 or so years have deteriorated the Gunnars name to a cut rate parts store with only a handful of qualified counter people. Careful if you have an account with them as the accounting department is rude, unorganized and quick to jump to conclusions. Sometimes you need to ask questions before assuming things....... In short, if in Castle Rock, go to NAPA. If in Longview, go to NAPA or Carquest or National Auto, hell, go to Schucks/O'reilly for that matter. The less business one gives them the more chances you have of getting the right part at a competitive price. Save yourself the headache and get the right part the first time. So unless some mi
