Provided by YP.comI received a call a few weeks ago that my mother was placed in a Hospice Facility. The first thought that came to mind was, oh no!, I sure hope they are taking good care of her. Sadly we judge by horrifying stories that we hear. I jumped on the first flight out! I walked in not knowing what to expect. I was welcomed with open arms. The nurses, assistants and staff we're absolutely wonderful!! I felt like I was at home, never once asked to leave the room, the staff always kept open communication with myself and my so gentle and caring with my mother. They even talked to her every time they passed her medication. I was given a bed, blankets and pillows to sleep next to my mom. An open invitation to the kitchen with food and coffee was amazing to have. When my mother passed, the staff was so caring and allowed my brother and I to spend as much time as we wanted with her. I thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart for the outstanding care for my mother!! In her last days, she herself sent me a message that the Hos[ice Care was wonderful. My mother was my world so if I trust this place with her life, then that says it all!
With much appreciation,
The family of Randee B.
