I was initially planning on just looking at glasses. After being in the store for just a few minutes I was so completely impressed with the excellent customer service I had. All three of the girls working there were quick to answer the phones, help other customers as well as find me perfect eyewear. I definitely recommend going there!!

I personally don't like when I see a doctor that can't speak English well. I had to argue with him about my contacts that I have been wearing for over 10 years. Not impressed and would rather spend more money somewhere else.

I have been a patient at Lenores for over 10 years. I recently went in and I was mortified by the customer service, and the lack of professonalisim within this Optical. They seem very inexperienced, and the new owner Tami is cold and distant. Its not the same as when Lenore owned it,.. Stay away from here !!

Its a good Idea to stay away from this buisness. Tammy L. Johnson ( OWNER ) has been caught and disiplined for unethical buisness practices, and has been fined and put on probation by the STATE OF WASHINGTON HEALTH DEPT LICENSING DIVISION for conduct unbecoming and has plead guilty in a stipulation of disposition to the STATE OF WASHINGTON INVESTIGATION BOARD FOR UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT.
