I wanted an SUV, but couldn't quite narrow it down between three auto makers. Steve Hurst and John Westervelt were so helpful in providing the requested vehicles to drive and compare, and even sent me home for the weekend with a prospective one to buy. I was totally happy with the excellent customer service AND with the Santa Fe I purchased!

We are totally pleased with our purchase of a 2011 Ford Escape from Columbia Ford - Longview, WA. From the time we entered the building to walking out the door with new keys in hand, 3 hours! Trenton Gregory and Courtney Adair were not only accomodating and professional, they were very obviously enjoying every minute of their time with us. There was no pressure, only a detailed description of what our deal would be and efficient delivery of our new Escape. Will definitely return for any future purchases. Check them out!

I called about getting a replacement part for my Mercury. The parts clerk told me he would have to order it. I asked what the part number was for my information and he rattled off some letters and numbers which were false and not even close. I was going to order the part on Friday but now I am not even going to deal with this company or dealership. Don't sound to too good of a place to do business with an outfit like this.

I bought a Ranger from Columbia Ford. They claimed to have given me $4000 for my old pick up, then falsfied the records to show that I had given them $3000 in cash. Of course they did not mention the rebate so they got my truck for free. They claimed that it was a complete tow package and I ended up having to have an outside company do the wiring before the truck was ready to tow. The salesman lied and said he would have wired it for free had he known. The service department said the truck was not made to pull that type of trailer and did not have the parts required to fix it. But the salesman did give me several good recipes. Such kindness toward a lone, senior woman should not go unnoticed!!!!

called on a friday for service on my ford. The service dept. had left by 3:00pm. And no help over the weekend. Was left with a car that would not start until Monday! Ad states that they are open until 7:00pm. Very disappointing.
