Took my car into them and they diagnosis was off. Told them what the dealership said but they added another 300.00 fix.



I would have paid for the part but Terri was rude and I did'nt want to argue with her. I will never go back to these guys again, who knows what they will find to charge you for when you don't need it.

The folks at Northwest Auto Specialists really care about customer satisfaction. They listen to the customer's concerns and then explain what needs to be done to the vehicle.They fix it right the first time, no surprises,and arer priced very fairly

This was my very first experience with Northwest Auto Specialist. I was very satisfied. My scheduled appointment was at 8 am, as I walked through the door, I was greeted by name even though I had never met anyone in person here before. The check in went super smooth. As I was walking out the door, the mechanic was already working on my car. The quoted price was spot on and I couldn't be more impressed! I will return here for my auto repair needs.

When my car has any sort of a problem I take it to my dad, toss him the keys and say "fix it!". Then I run out of his house and take one of his cars before he can stop me. Whenever I return to my parents house my car is running like new (or as often as not better). What is my dad's secret? Is he a master mechanic? a magician? No. He calls up Terry at Northwest Auto Specialist, makes an appointment and takes the car there. They do great work at reasonable prices with a quick turn around time (I am not making this up) As a bonus Terry is the nicest person in the Longview-Kelso area. There is a reason all of these reviewers say "Excellent". These people know cars.

Honest, Excellent Service and always fast and Friendly! My husband and I have been using NW Auto Specialists for more than 15 years and they are the ONLY place we will go. They never try to sell parts you don't need. They are super honest and Terry is the sharpest office manager/ parts chaser/ problem solver etc. around!! I can't tell you how many times we have called and she was able to diagnose our car problem over the phone. We tell all our family, friends and co-workers to take their vehicles there. These days it is hard to find a business as trustworthy and deserving of your patronage as NW Auto Specialists! Try them, you won't be sorry.

We have been using Northwest Auto Specialists for more than 15 years. There has never been a problem they couldn't fix at a price we could afford. They do not tell you things need replaced that don't and they don't mind if you have them diagnose the problem and you decide to fix it yourself. We love them! We recomend them to all our friends, relatives and co-workers.

The customer service was very good. As far as quality of service I would not trust anyone other then Northwest Auto Specialist to work on my car. They were referred to me by a Great friend and we have not been disappointed. These days it is very hard to find a affordable trustworthy mechanic especially if you are female because they assume you are dumb but these guys never once made me feel like i didn't know what I was talking about.
