A manager named Ashley has the worst temper ever, She yelled at a coworker who was washing his hands to hurry up with the most rudeness. I am glad that employee did wash his hands fully. I made a mistake in my order and ashley was quite upset , she even stated to the cooks" this dumb ***, customer needs to change his order, again" is this the way you do business? your employees are your brand. I just wish the managers treated their employees and customers with more respect. Especially co workers. Employees helped build your company . Ashley the manager should never be a manager ill make sure to pass this message along to my work to not go there again because of it. A word of professional advice , respect your co-worker and your co-worker will do a good job , good self esteem and constructive criticism is key, If your managers cant do that then what else cant they do?
