Getting an appointment for a consultation was easy enough he had no problem meeting me and accepting my retainer. He told me it wasn't necessary to show up for the first few court dates as I lived in Portland and work full time so I missed some important things. He gave me a dated copy of my parenting plan that did not include some amendments I had him make. I called him and left messages when my ex was in violation of the temporary orders and he never returned my calls. When I called from a friends phone he answered after the first ring. After my consultation with my new lawyer I actually managed to get ahold of him an he said he would send me an invoice for the hours he spent on my case and a check for the remainder of my retainer and it's been about a month and I haven't received anything from him. Definitely would never hire or recommend anyone else to either.
