Absolutely the best Automobile Pain Clinic available. I have had exceptional service from Dr.Yatham, M.D. and Dr. Zapata, Accupuncture Physician. All staff that I have dealed with there have been totally professional and helpful from Doctors, Office Staffs, PA-Cs, and Therapists. New upgrades to phones, computer services and customer services have been implemented in the year. Call them immediately, you will not be sorry. I also receive Acuptuncture which cuts down on my pain level. I highly recommend their services. My life has been made so much better. Diana H. C.

My experience at the clinic was good. My only issue is when calling the clinic you are either placed on hold or sent to a mailbox. Even when speaking to a person they often just place you back on hold. I have often waited 25 or more minutes on the phone to talk to someone.

After arriving early as requested to fill out paperwork, I waited an hour and forty-five minutes, still hadn't seen a doctor, and finally walked out. Later, after calming down I called to explain my frustration and was put on hold for a few minutes and without speaking to anyone again was transferred to an unidentified voicemail.
