What a relief to finally have found a honest a/c repair company. After my a/c broke down, I tried to fix it my self with the help of an electrician friend. After replacing 2 key components in the outside unit to no avail, I looked up this business on the BBB website. It was one of the few company's without negative marks. I called and they came out same day (Thank God! It was already almost 88 inside). The technician was clean, professional, and very personable. After he ran a check on my system he came back to me and reported that my overflow valve stuck in the up position, and after pushing it down (safety switch for overflow shuts down compressor) the compressor was functioning. What a relief! No costly repair, no costly parts. Just a service call fee (Well worth it!). Any other company would have tried to sell me this or that as they function off of a commission structure. This company doesn't do that. I would highly recommend this business to any one who needs a/c repair!
