My company has used BCT Orlando for over 20 years. Their products and customer service have always been very strong. In 20 years I only had two problems. That's a great track record for any business. Both issues were handled professionally and quickly. That's how I judge a business and their reputation. BCT is a solid company that offers great products at a very fair price. And every year they offer new, exciting printing techniques.

Bad customer service. Placed an order and set up an account with them multiple times. They refused to have a decent business to business relationship. Spoke with manager; Carolyn Lavender, and it is clear that the problems begin from the top down. I recommend you do your business elsewhere
