Our Inspectors are certified through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), the largest Certified Home Inspection Association for working professionals in the United States.   In addition to being a State Licensed and NACHI Certified Inspector, the company owner is a State of Florida Certified Building Contractor that is licensed to build residential and commercial buildings, and owns a construction company.   FSG Inspections has access to and utilizes the latest technology, equipment, computers, and software to assess your property and convey findings clearly so you can make a sound purchase decision. Our Pre-Purchase  reports are comprehensive, computerized, and in a narrative format in order to explain our findings in great detail. Pre-Purchase Inspection reports come with color photographs and maintenance advice to keep your home in top condition.
