I booked a Cruise trip through Janice Baker, to much my disappointment, she flat at refused to return phone calls, and Barbara at this office was about the same. I have used them before not having this happier previously. I was with a group over 130, and I made it aware to many of them there and who also agreed had problems, even the ones that contracted the group with GO TRAVEL AGENCY. We all were disappointed with Janice and Barbara and when shopping around for a travel agent this should be considered. I am sorry to write this review, but it is based on the facts that occurred.

Long live travel agents!! I am now a true believer in the value of a good travel agent...I almost booked a trip online when at the last second I stopped....I just wanted to run it by someone local to make sure I was getting a good deal....the agent JoEllen at the Longwood office said that the "ocean view" cabin deal I found was totally blocked by a lifeboat...No wonder it was such a good deal! So she found me a great rate on a real ocean view (without looking at a lifeboat) and gave me some really good suggestions on not-to-miss tours in many of the ports...She also arranged for airfare that was better than what I had found....She's a true expert and I am not going to try to be my own agent anymore....Thanks, JoEllen!!
