Provided by YP.comExtremely unhappy. Went to buy a Navigator and decided to buy a slightly used on with 18K miles on it. Found out less than a week later that entire axle had to be replaced. That is not safe, I have three kids and tow regularly. How can a 18K mile car need a whole new axle and they didn't know about it when they do a 250 point inspection to "Certify" the car? During sales process we questioned why the car had been turned in and the sales guy said because the lady didn't like the color no in fact it was a fleet car with a obvious issue they didn't want to disclose. When I went in there to discuss about my option they tried to sell a whole new car to which would give them an entire new transaction on their books. There was no real discount for issue of what I went through. just more profit and more dealer fees. When manager talked to me he tried to make it seem like he was doing me a huge deal No not at all just another deal and no real consideration for the crappy car they sold us. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SALES STAFF!!!!!

Provided by YP.comI took a Ford E150 to them recently for some work. The ignition lock cylinder was damaged (from an attempted break-in) and therefore several components on the steering column needed to be replaced. In theory, it was pretty simple, but I wanted it fixed quickly, so I thought I'd let the dealer handle it.
When I called, the service writer wouldn't take my word for what needed to be done. It was a bit annoying, but not a big deal, as they don't know me and therefore, don't know how accurate my diagnosis would be.
I dropped off the vehicle in the morning. They called me back a couple hours later with their diagnosis. Missing from their diagnosis was a gear (Ford part number F2DZ3E723A) that is damaged. When I questioned the guy about it, he told me that it is part of the Jacket Flange assembly (Ford part number F75Z3511AB). Wrong-o! Not only that, but none of the parts were in stock (so much for my "get it done quickly" idea), and their price was not only outrageous--it was obscenely outrageous.
The combination of this guy's misdiagnosis, along with his ignorance of the parts breakdown of this vehicle shook my confidence in him (One would think that he would have at least looked at a parts diagram before calling me--duh!), so I told him to put the vehicle back together so I could pick it up. In short, I paid these buffoons $50 to wash my van.
Later that same day, I talked to another Ford dealer, who got me the correct part numbers, and had the parts in stock (for less money that Longwood LM was quoting me for their gold-plated, handmade-by-unicorn parts). I will be performing the labor myself.
I have no problem paying for skill and expertise--in fact, that's what I was attempting to do by taking my vehicle there. What I found instead, was a bunch of morons who bungled the diagnosis and weren't even going to order the correct parts to fix my vehicle.
If you take your vehicle to them, you had better watch over these clowns--they are neither skilled, nor experts.
