Let's face it, not always a pleasant experience visiting one of these MRI places but the employees made the visit a pleasant one.

I would go back if I needed another MRI (hopefully won't have to)

The facility in Orlando off of Lake Underhill was AMAZING! I left my doctor's office at 4:45 and arrived two minutes before their closing at 5 for a stat X-ray. I fully expected to be asked to come in the next day, but they took me promptly even though it was past their hours of operation. They went above and beyond and so kind. I truly appreciate them and their services!

I have been to this MRI facility several times over the past few years. Normally there are no problems. However, recently I tried to schedule an appointment and experienced the WORST service. The girl handling the appointment could not spell my name, could not keep simple instructions regarding what doctor was to receive the MRI results, could not tell me where they were located, could not answer basic questions. I will not put my health into the hands of this facility with such poor service starting with the easiest of tasks. As a result I will find a new MRI facility that is able to professionally handle my care and needs. There is no need to put one's health care into such poor hands!

I went here for an MRI on an old football injury that has been bothering me recently.



I liked this place because it was close to I-4 which saved about 20 mins in travel time for me.



Staff was nice and accommodating and the MRI was painless.
