Provided by YP.comTerrible customer service, The office manager has a deep void in the area of customer satisfaction. It took them over 30 days to order a part and repair my refrigerator. It was only an evaporator replacement. They lied to me and told me the part was ordered when it wasn't. When I tried to communicate the fact that my refrigerator was not working at all and that I would appreciate it if they would speed up their service a little I was hung up on.
The repair has been made but now my Refrigerator makes a loud knocking noise. I contacted them and they fail to return my calls.
terrible outfit, not sure how they can call themselves a repair center. even the tech complained about the office staff.
I currently switched to a different repair company, G & M, and so far I feel they treat me as a valued customer.

Warning : We were assigned to this awful company by AHS. We had a tech come out and after 4+ hours he couldn't fix our washing machine. The company ordered a wiring harness for us and it has been on backorder for over a month. Every time we call we are told a different future date for the eta of this part. Terrible customer service isn't even a scratch on the surface. We have been yelled at, lied to, hung up on and ignored. Warning: If you want your appliance repaired by knowledgeable people and a nice staff---STAY AWAY from this company!!!!! They don't deserve the one star I had to give.

Provided by YP.comWorst company ever! The owner Melissa hung up one me rudely after I tried to explain my concerns about her dispatchers being rude and giving me attitude. PLUS I waited for a hour just for a tech to show up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The dispatchers kept me on hold for the owner for 35 minutes and tried to keep pushing me off the phone for a call back. They never came out to my house and Lowes provided this company to come out.
