Do not do business with this company. I have been trying to close my account for almost a year. I have talked to numerous people included the manager Mr. Bryan Sullivan, the one who treat me really disrespectful because I mention that I was looking hire a lawyer to solve the problem. Even Mr. Sullivan encouraged me to do it because as he mention he doesn’t care. This company has been trespassing my property sending someone to provide a service that I never requested. And after that without any authorization charged my mother’s account for $72 since we only authorized onetime payment when I was under contract. I think this company not only has forgotten what customer service and is about even they have forgot what is professionalism and decency. I encourage everybody who has been dealing with this company and have the same problem report it. We are customers who desire respect and manners from a company who we hire to provide us a service not to be swindled by them.
