Terrible place! The dogs are not looked after well at all! Play groups are divided into groups and basically thrown in a room unattended- an unqualified high schooler “watches” 4 groups at a time through several prison like windows and they all go potty inside. The most unsanitary disgusting environment. Stinks!! They use a sponge mop to mop up messes and accidents but they don’t really clean up that. Dogs get a few mins to go go outside in a tiny yard but most end up going inside. The owner has an old fragile Giant schnauzer that just sleeps all day and can’t control her bowl - she puts her with the bog dogs. She has a standard poodle that is cooped up in a crate when not in daycare. 6 personal cats that are boarding there for over a year! I fell for the website’s photos and reviews. I worked there for 3 weeks and walked out mid-shift after coming in at 6.30am and witnessed her giant schnauzer whimpering and laying in her own mess - one of the employees asked if she could bathe her and supervisor told her “there is no time just rinse her off with the hose outside”
Poop is picked up with an old school style poop scooper and then put in little bathroom trash cans inside the building (explains some of the smell) dogs that are boarding are left in there room where they had accidents for hours “no time to clean first thing in the morning” just gross don’t send your dog here please!
Former employee (that wouldn’t let my own dog set foot in the place) blows my mind there are so many 5star reviews! People are oblivious I guess and it’s in a strip mall mall off 17-92 open at 7am … so maybe the Convenience aspect but I have worked in dog shelters cleaner than this horrific place.

I brought my mini Goldendoodle to be groomed there today, where they did a very good job - they did not follow my clear instructions. When I left my pet to be groomed I told the staff (verbally and in writting about 5 times) not to feed my pet anything due to him having several food allergies and a bad case of acid reflux.

Well, I picked him up and he was cute as could be. With in a few hours things went down hill from there....he vomited all over his crate and lets just say the other end was not pretty either.

If you have an otherwise healthy pet, the groomers do a wonderful job, but if you have a dog with a special diet you may want to go else where.

I don't know if people even know what the Yellow Pages are any more but I happened across this group of reviews and figure someone else might one day too. At this point in 2018 the dates make previous ones irrelevant but also several sound like they're reviewing a place I have never been to. Parc is FANTASTIC, and they will care for your pups like they were your own. Clean, fantastic and they VERY competently care for our two girls INCLUDING being very caring toward any special requests/diet and once helped us at the end of a medication regime with NO problems at all. The owner is there almost all the time, is a "dog person" if you know what I mean and is ALWAYS nice. So trust them, use them, and be satisfied is what I have to say!

avoid

Staff neglects and yells at the dogs, owner is disrespectful and rude. My dog was not given his meds and was not fed properly. Avoid this place and check out pet paradise in Sanford.

We love the Parc! We have two dachshunds & they love it there too. I really like that I can pull up the webcams & check on my 'kids' and that the small dogs are separated from the big dogs. They really like the interaction with the other dogs - they always come home happy & tired.

Parc Pet Suites was delightful. My min pin was rescue and gets scared easy. When I dropped him off was very nervous, but Parc Pet Suite assured me he would be fine. I called several time through the day to make sure that he was okay and the care taker checked on him every time. When I picked my Min Pin up the next night, he did not want to leave. AND I even received a doggy report card and pictures that were taken during his stay. I can not wait to take my pup back to the Suites. Beyond happy!!!!

I left my two dogs here for a quick 3 night weekend getaway and it seemed like they had so much fun. They took a couple of pictures of my dogs so that I could see what they were up to and I did take a peek at the videos to see all the fun they were having. They looked like they were having a blast. They were probably sad I came to get them, though they were happy to see me. I did not have any concerns with the 4 ft. walls the other person mentions. I think the large dogs would need a running start to be able to jump that and I don't think they have that. I definitely will come back for my next getaway.

I was considering leaving my dog a Westie for the weekend. When I took the tour of the boarding room I saw there was only a 4 foot high divider to seperate the dogs there. I saw a few big dogs that could jump over the dividers. I know my westie would not be able to jump that high but bigger dogs could. I would be too afraid to leave my little dog there over night. To me that is not a safe place as they board big dogs and pitbull dogs there too. But the people were nice.
