This business is an absolute nightmare, the owner alex has great customer service when he is showing you around and helping you pick out what you want, but when it comes to getting the job done he is just terrible. He delegates tasks to different companies and does not work on a schedule or anything. His business lacks leadership and organization. We waited 3 weeks with a barren kitchen that his men destroyed for our new cabinets, and now its been 2 weeks and we haven't gotten the counter tops for them either. His excuse is that his granite guy is busy with other jobs. Just do not go to this business, it is a terrible experience. And my family and i are still suffering with no kitchen until his men get the job done.
