I brought a gear case to ship to NH the first person I saw didn't want to know me and said I had to go have it freighted. Then another attendant Susan said we could do this and boxed it up for me and got the job done while the other older gentlemen was complying and not being helpful. I tip my hat to Susan for her Can Do spirit!! Thank you

UPS has always done great deliveries to me..but now I have run into a problem with how delivery is taking place going from them to the post office and then to me and I won't be home and I need the package now and I would of liked to call the UPS facility in longwood,fl to pick package up no phone number except to the 800# and tell me to join my choice and that cost, all I want to do is go there and pick it up so I have it, my time , my mileage and again says join my choice; what a bunch of nonsense....

Very disappointed in UPS. Twice (two different deliveries) instructions have been given to leave package at door. Even if the delivery person chose not to, which apparently he/she can decide that despite customer wishes, there is no excuse for not leaving the package at the apartment office or for failing to leave a notice on the door!!! Highly doubtful that we will use UPS again.
