We had a septic installed in 2009. I think it is ok, but I wish they would have not broken the vent pipe.

When I asked another installer about them, I was given a new quote one third of the price I paid.



I was having some much fun watching them install it, that I told Joe(owner) that I would be right back to see how it is done.



I came back in 20 minutes, and I guess that's all the time it takes to remove a concrete slab and scrape the ground and put the sand, rocks, plastic, pipe and dirt, and remove the maple trees I was told I could get the wood from, but they were nice enough to take that too! because when I got back it was DONE!.



they were so fast... imagine that..... $14k and the mound was complete in an hour. WOW!



I would love to get them back here for more work, but I can't afford another 10k for two or three $65 truck loads of dirt.



I was in a different state when the inspection was complete. I received a phone call telling me to stop playing games and "give us our check"



I am so sorry for keeping "their check for so long (three days). So I rushed back to Lonsdale missing a very needed pay to give MY loan check to them.



Really they did pretty good except for the secretiveness and nasty attitude and no willingness to show anyone anything.

Other than that. we have a nice big big mound in the back yard with no trees and a broken vent pipe, which froze over the winter
