I've done business with this agency for 30 years and have bought all kinds of products including personal and commercial auto, homeowners, business owners, and life insurance. These folks have always gone over and above my expectations to provide me with the best product at the most competitive price. There's never been a question when i've had to submit claims. All claims have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. They make you feel like they appreciate your business. I recommend them to anyone who asks.

I have had great experiences with ANPAC in the past so I decided to go with them again. BIG MISTAKE!



I am being transfered to WV from NC and needed to get homeowner's insurance for the house that I bought. I was only allowed to speak with Russell's CSR and never the agent. I needed to close quickly and they dragged their feet. I was finally given a quote and emailed the policy application. After filling it out and mailing it with a check, they notified me on the day of closing that they were not going to insure my property.
