We just took our boat to AUBURN OUTBOARD MARINE, a month ago because it wouldn't start. The owner said it would take 2 weeks. A month later Shon called and asked what was wrong with this. He said "I started it up and nothing is wrong with it". No phone calls, no nothing. So I just called to ask what is wrong with our boat, and when are we getting it back. He immediately started yelling at me, saying that he doesn't want to argue with me and he doesn't have to tell me what is wrong with our boat! He said he does not have to tell us ANYTHING! He was full on yelling at me, causing me to shake and cry at my desk. I am BLOWN AWAY! He said come pick your boat up whenever you want. THIS IS THE OWNER! WHO DOES THIS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS???!!!
