Very disrespectful funeral home owner. While the grieving family was discussing the arrangements he received more than 5 calls and he took each of them. In addition to that he seemed more in tune to getting paid than comforting the grieving family. I recommend not using this company and going to another Funeral home in Lorain or Elyria.
