I called Trademark Global because I purchased a slot machine and there number was listed on the back for questions, warranty info or to order more tokens for the game. When the phone was answered I asked for some information on the slot machine. The lady who was working at 12:30pm on 6/24/2015 central time. Was very vague and said the machine was discontinued. I let her know I don't even know the brand name or model of the machine it is all in Japanese how could she even know what I was talking about? She was rude and snotty to me and would not say anything about the machine or what one was discontinued or why or give me any direction to go for information. Than she rudely put me on hold to answer another call she said. Then when she came back on the line 20 mins later she was surprised it was me. I again explained there number was on the machine saying to call if I had questions so must be some history with this product or someone who would know something and I was just looking for some basic info or a lead on some info. She then hung up on me. I called back and was again hung up on when I asked who I was speaking to. This company would not give any info or even a name of the brand so I could google it myself. THIS IS SHADDY!! Do not deal with Trademark Global they obviously a scam.
