I brought my car here a year ago to have body work done to the trunk after I was backed into. Later that year I noticed that items in my trunk were damp, and it kept getting worse and worse. Unfortunately I got backed into AGAIN and brought the car into a different auto body shop in which they discovered that Loretto Auto Recondition never fully repaired the damage by the taillight, hence why water was getting into the trunk. When I called Mark to discuss this he was very rude on the phone, and also told me that the guy that worked on my car has since been fired. I told Mark how my entire trunk liner (the underneath side, which is why I didn't notice the severity of the damage until I got hit a second time) has been rotted and molded out due to the horrible patch job his shop did. I wanted him to cover the cost of a new trunk liner ($145) and he reluctantly paid for half. I wouldn't recommend this shop based on the overall ethics of the owner and the rudeness he exerted over the phone.

We went to this place because they said it would take two days to fix well 2 turned to 3 no biggie, well we go to pick up the car we get their 20mins before they close, guess what their was no one their so now we get to wait yet another day so 2 days is now four. The reason we brought it their was we didn't want to wait four days like the other places said turns out we should of went thier anyways. We even talked to the guy yesterday place is garbage
