My third visit with these guys and every time they give it 1000%. If I had a choice I wouldn't take it anywhere else. Fast, efficient, friendly service.

Took a commercial truck in with M11 cummins in it for overhead adjustment and replace all gaskets on the overhead an easy 8-10 hour job. My truck has been here three weeks and I still haven't gotten it back. After the overhead was ran I was told I needed an ECM and was assured 15-30 minutes even though the shop manual called for 1 hour on the labor and I would be rolling if that fixedmy skipping problem. Well 5 hours later they closed and my truck still sits in the bay collecting dust! The only good thing about this place is that the service manager Matt is nice to talk to, however when you perform service that crappy I guess the only way to subdue the pain is to be nice. But as far as being concerned about the customer even a single owner operator like myselfs well being and livelihood you can toss that. They seem to take pleasure in knowing that I've missed 800 dollars a day the whole month of April on a job that should have been completed in no more than 2-3 days. I would even give them 4 days just for the sake of being a good sport. But a whole month to run an overhead and replace an ECM unit is far from ridiculous it's well past it!

Best customer service by far. My family and I were on vacation and had a breakdown in our motorhome. The guys in service and parts went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. If we ever have any more problems even if I am not near South Carolina you can bet we will be going to these guys. Thanks alot G miller and R miller
