I despise this salon!! They are snooty and have horrible customer service. The words "Walk-Ins Welcome" are lettered on their front door, yet every time I have gone in there without an appointment they have not been able to provide me service. They try to come off as exclusive, but I think that it is a ruse for only keeping minimal employees on staff when they have "clients" scheduled. This does not allow them to accommodate walk-ins as advertised. Even when I have made an appointment I have been very dissatisfied. Today was the final straw when I tried to give them feedback in person and I was met with objection and attitude. I will NEVER go back to this salon and recommend you steer clear.

I had a hair cut two times form this salon, and boy I LOVEEED IT. I don't know anything about their customer service like other reviewer said. I truely recommed TINA, she is from Jordan. she gave me SUPER MODEL like hair cut twice.

There hair cut is $55 but it is nothing for the look Tina gave me is twice.

The manager was very unprofessional and crass. Made the whole experience horrible. Would not recommend at all!
