I can't say enough about the stellar customer service provided by Carlos. Following some serious water damage at our home, the garage door opener and torsion spring gave out. We needed the garage accessible for the GPI home repair crew and for storage of new cabinets, carpet, and other flooring. Giovanni Castellano of GPI Home Renovation recommended Carlos without hesitation. When I called Carlos after regular business hours he was very pleasant and scheduled an appointment for the following day. My wife was indeed surprised when Carlos himself showed up to perform the work! Our garage is organized, but cluttered. Carlos completed the work well beyond what we expected and now our repair crew has access to the garage while they continue their work. Thank you so much, Carlos!

Thank you Carlos! I took the day off from work to get my garage door repaired. Early in the morning I had called one local company who could not deliver. I didn't want to waste my entire day waiting, I needed my garage door repaired, I had other things to do. Well, I looked in the Yellowpages found Carlos Garage Door Inc. I called, got a appointment for later in the evening. Let me tell you, When I arrived at my home, Carlos was waiting for me (they were on time). He and his assistant got right to work. He explained to me what needed to be done. Made the adjustments, cleaned up their debris. Both gentlemen were polite and very professional. Carlos, you have another SATISFIED Customer. Thank you very much.

Carlos is in my garage fixing things as we speak. I had a spring broken - snapped in 2. I was effectively locked in my garage and thus denied my car. I need a fix and I needed it fast. Another company wanted me to email pictures of the door so they could determine what it was and how to fix it.. Carlos had all the right gear and did it with the minimum of fuss.



I needed an urgent fix. I called at 1630 and he was on site at 1900. NO waiting windows from 1300-1700.



With the springs both updated and new rollers set me back $305.



He was prompt, very courteous, and did a great job - highly recommend!
