My pants were returned to me clean, but missing one back pocket button. They sewed ONE Black button on my brown pants, and left the original brown button. So I now have one black button, and one brown button on the back pockets of my pants. Unacceptable to me, but acceptable to the cleaner. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The first (and last) time I brought in some of my husband's shirts to be laundered, I got one back with a 2-inch hole in it. The clerks were rude and refused to take responsibility. They actually told me that when THEY rip shirts, the tears are vertical, not horizontal, so they could not have caused this tear. And while I was there, another customer came in to complain that he had brought in his Army uniform to have a patch sewn on, and they sewed it on the wrong sleeve. Not a quality operation. I will not be going back.
