BEWEAR of Trugreen they areScam Artist. My lawn looked very good this spring till they did the second treatment on Jun, 25, 2018 they over fertilized the lawn and burnt it so bad it is not returning. Now it’s brown patches, and bald dirt spots!! Thanks to Trugreen my lawn is worst looking in the neighborhood. 10* years of my hard work came undone when I hired them!! Truegreen ruining my lawn thru various "chemical” and due to the poorly trained seasonal help that they hire! My grass was ruined under TruGreed's "care"! Waste of money!! They Should be banned, Avoid at all cost or lose ur hard earn Money$

I have used the Lorton TruGreen branch for 10 years. They have not only serviced my residence, but have serviced our 2 rental homes as well. Their service has been exceptional from the Manager, Mr. Chris Dorsey to our application specialist, Mr. Kenneth Jones.

Because of TruGreen, our yard is plush, green, and weedless. It highlights the beauty of our home. Neighbors and people just driving by stop and tell us this every day. This is because our TruGreen specialist, Jeffrey G., makes it a personal experience every visit. From the text saying when he will be there to the post report, he makes every visit exciting. He personally walks our yard with us to discuss what he sees, what he will do, what we should experience expect, and more importantly what we she do if we see something wrong or not doing as he said it would. This provides such a great comfort to us knowing that our lawn will be exactly as we need it to be, or TruGreen will be there to make sure it is!

Interaction with service associate was good because he listened to my concerns! We agreed on plan for my yard!
