Worst customer service ever! Im sure the good reviews are from people they know or work there. Place sucks go someplace else. They get one star because i can't give it no stars

Thank You! Thank You! Finally Someone who knows what I need! ABC Pools Had all the parts that I needed to get my pool up and running ! They have great experiance and information. Didn't make me waste alot of money... I felt well taken care of.

I am having a water issue with my spa, and the staff was very helpful explaining all the wrong ideas I had from my last spa service guy. They had a lot of helpful hints and I'm going to buy my supplies there later this week after I check what I have at home.

this store is a RIPOFF, very high prices and the old lady owner is very RUDE! they dont want to spend anytime with you on any pool problems.... DON'T GO! ( I found a wonderful store nearby in Cypress,. Swan Pool Supplies.)

We've been buying pool supplies/chemicals from this store for years. The staff has been extremely friendly and helpful analyzing pool water samples, recommneding products, and just general help. Then last year we signed up with their pool service. It was significantly more expensive than other similar services but since we had such a good experience with the store, we decided to give them the business. Well, after about a year into it, we noticed the pool wasn't getting cleaned. I called the store manager and she said the cleaning guy was having some personal problems and that she'll have someone come out right away. We waited a few more weeks and the pool still wasn't touched. Since by this time I wasn't sure exactly how many MONTHS it was since the pool hasn't been cleaned, we just paid the bill and discontinued the service. For the life of me, I can't imagine how an employee can just stop "coming" to work and the employer not do anything about it, having the customer continuing to pay for his service like nothing's wrong.
