STAY AWAY!!!I had a blanket cleaned that I bought from Mexico $100. I didn't want to wash it myself in case. I went to this cleaner and the blanket shrank 13 inches on the wide side. They charge me $20.00 for that. I go back and she said let me try again. It didn't work and I go again I knew it was not going to work come on 13 inches. I understand things like that can happen so I just asked for my $20.00 back. She said she had to asked her husband and she will call me. She called me the day after to tell me "lets try again. I go there and now the fabric is all weak and uneven ;(. She said what we are going to do? I said you know what I want. I want my $20.00 back. She said "NO" I told her I would give her a bad rating and she stated laughing. I cannot believe you would lose a customer for $20.00 I said.Those people don't know what is to do business in AmericaI had another shrink before a blouse and she tried to strech it on me and said it was like that before. I didn't make a bid deal about it except the fact that I am not wearing it anymore but this time it was enough.
