I had to order quite a few items for my 1997 jeep wrangler. I called on a Friday. John at Napa had to order half of the items. John told me the items would be at Napa on Saturday morning. I made it to Napa on Saturday after noon. I was quite surprised and pleased that all the items I requested was there to be picked up. When it came time to pay, John asked me if I had AAA. I said yes, so on top of the efficient and quick service, I received a AAA discount. John made my experience with Napa a positive one. My experience with auto zone and O'Reilly has pretty much been negative. You now have a loyal customer, Napa, for as long as you have dedicated and knowledgeable employees such as John.
