Thank goodness that Yolie was working on my account: she saw that I had a cancellation notice and called me to remind me that my payment was due!!!!! My payments was made in full and the best thing is that she took it right on the spot! Thank you Yolie and Alandale for watching over me...I shutter to think of what would have happened If I would have had an accident and they weren't there for me...Thanks again, can't stop saying how grateful I am

Christina assisted me for the last couple of weeks trying to obtain documents for the claims we had with Mercury. During the duration of this long process she was always professional, never gave me the impression that I was bothering her. She always sounded willing & happy to assist me.
