I've live here 2yrs, only because I've been too busy in life to apt. hunt again. This building has a roach problem and once my cat killed a mouse in front of the TV. Also my neighbor just had her car stolen from right out of the gated parking garage and to make matters worse the management keeps finding reasons not to review the camera footage of the garage area the night the car was stolen. Also the management treats its tenants like dumb children, talking down to them and insulting their intelligence with generalized answers that mean nothing. Not to mention that they constantly ignore service requests for weeks. And I don't know how much you care about racial equaility but there are few racial minorities here and the one's I have seen interested in renting were strongly discouraged and treated with distain by management. (but perhaps this may be good news for you homogeneous living types). Also the fire goes off about twice a month at odd hours for no reason at. I would avoid this place. While it looks pretty and sweet it is a very uncomfortable place to live,
